




Rough conceptual planning was done for the Tacoma Yacht Club as an early phase ahead of overall master planning of the Point Defiance Park-to-Ruston recreational connection to the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium. (DW BCRA work)

This study was prepared for the City of Tacoma which contained a highschool, an aging 50 year old baseball stadium (the Tacoma Rainiers), and Tacoma Parks headquarters. The stadium was renovated in 2011. (DW BCRA work)
Chambers Creek Properties Area 5 is the Pierce County PUD headquarters next to and part of, the Chambers Creek Golf Course where the 2016 US Golf Open was held. As a central to the Chambers Creek Properties Master Plan which incorporates the golf course, this 900 Acre public facility includes trails with regional and local views of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, and the golf course is reclaimed from the former Lone Star gravel and sand quarry, and is a pioneer of low impact development strategies for water conservation and native plant species reinstatement.
